Your responsibilities
- Assist in training administration - Registering of participants, Training preparation, Arrange catering for tea-breaks/lunch, Payment collection, Printing of certificates, Update & maintenance of STM, Training marketing, Training programme
- Technical helpdesk / hotline activity
- Upkeeping of asset inventory
- Department administration
- Monthly report & Trainer/Training activities
Your profile
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Ms Office - MS Words, MS Excel, Power Point
- Good verbal command of English
