Assistant Manager / Executive Officer [Compensation & Benefit] (Penang)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation:
- Perform high-level administration of compensation and benefits policies for local and expatriates.
- Conduct periodical compensation and benefits survey and benchmarking analysis.
- Perfom complex compensation analysis of jobs, salaries and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the company's pay practices.
- Make recommendations regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs and assists in the development of incentive programs and the administration of performance review or merit-rating programs.
- Review salary increases for compliance with company policiy and budget.
Benefits:
- Administer the company's employee benefits programs including health and wellness, income protection, retirement and related programs.
- Make recommendations regarding program enhancement and controlling costs
- Work without supervision on highly-complex projects.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, IT or Business Management with minimum 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced level literacy in MS Office spreadsheet, database and presentation solutions.
- Manufacturing experience, AS400 HRMS Systems exposure and SAP Knowledge are added advantages.
- Possess leadership qualities, high integrity, results-driven and must be a self-motivated individual.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and guidelines of established policies.
