• Develop and Maintain high level of Technical competence to ensure excellent after sales support to all customers and products segments
• Training centres upgrade and cost effective management of all investments
• Develop Value Add Services through Training, Hotline, On-line warranty processing  and other innovative services to set new standards and retain market leadership
• Show hands-on demonstration to build up confidence level of workshop personnel
• Timely submission of reports on operational, financial and process activities
• Develop and update market intelligence at regular intervals

Your profile

• Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical / Electronics engineering
• Minimum 8 year's working experience in Automotive industry on Diesel systems,  vehicle maintenance, diagnostics equipment, marketing of services – Training,    hotline and maintenance services
• 3-4 years at supervisory level experience preferred
• Proficient oral and written communication in English
• Excellent analytical capabilities, shows initiative, innovative and is assertive
• Able to adapt to new situation and good team player
• Willing to travel
