Your Responsibilities
Handle, monitor and control of local and international warranty claims.
Implementation and control of Quality profile of Bosch Service.
Update and coordinate all Bosch Service Quality Management data and functions.
Conduct and update system for master pump audits.
Conduct / Assist trainings whenever necessary.
Issue and distribute service and technical information.
Visit / Carry out maintenance contract schedules of test equipment.
Support product testing.
Technical support to ASEAN if necessary.
Your profile
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
Minimum 3 years hands-on technical automotive experience
Shows initiative, willing to take risks, able to quickly adapt to a new situation, innovative, is market and customer oriented, excellent analytical capabilities
Good team player, creditable and reliable
Thinks interdisciplinary, flexible, creative, has good intellectual skills
