Your Responsibilities

  • Technical Hotline: answering, add and assign ticket
  • To update technical software (ESI, Compacsoft, MSI etc) to KTS, FSA, etc
  • To update training documents / manuscripts
  • To upkeep / maintain of training equipment / tools
  • To assist in technical training preparation
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time

Your Profile

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic engineering or related field
  • Computer knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point
  • Good command of spoken English
