• Plan and coordinate anniversary project
• Involved in communication campaigns and projects
• Dealing with international counterparts
• Being involved in the planning, promotion and execution of corporate events
• Handle VIP visits and special tours
• Coordinate and assist in production of a quarterly internal e-newsletter
• Support updates on the Bosch website and intranet
• Support the department for internal and external communications
• Coordinate and support research for Project Management
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Your Profile

• Enrolled in Mass Communications, Business, or Humanities-related courses
• Working  knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Able to work in team as well as independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in working with colleagues of diverse nationalities

• Knowledge of design software and/or web programming is an added advantage (Photoshop, InDesign, Flash)
