The program with a future
Bosch not only offers students first-rate internships and an opportunity to gather valuable experience in a globally-operating corporation. Anyone that performs outstandingly during his internship at Bosch is put forward for the student program, which brings many advantages for his future career.

Part of Bosch's commitment to innovation is to invest in the company's future and in up-and-coming employees. All those that get particularly involved during their internships are given an opportunity to take part in the students@bosch student program.
Demanding material in the contact and subsequent support program prepare students specifically for starting work and provide interesting insight into the many aspects of a global player.

The advantages: Participants remain in close contact with Bosch even after their internship. They receive regular information about the company and topics relating to their studies, are given career development advice, and are invited to personal and specialist continuing training events.
Students taking part in the program also get personal support from a supervisor in their specialist field.

Top prospects for students
When he completed his internship, 26-year-old mechanical engineering student Stefan Offinger was put forward for the student program by his supervisor. "For me the most useful aspect of the student program was when I spent a few months of my final year on an overseas internship with Bosch in the United States."

24-year-old communication student Bettina Veseli cherishes the support her supervisor gives in answering questions about her career and helping her find a topic for her diploma thesis. "I see the student program as a kind of start-up assistance for remaining in contact with Bosch. I can make contacts, take part in events and seminars, and I get invited to other activities." This also includes the prospect of a career at Bosch.

Making contacts and thinking ahead is also important for 24-year-old business computing student Robert Allgaier. "I can publish both my résumé of past experience and planned milestones for the future on the students@bosch e-community."

From student to employee
Former student program graduate Wolfgang Helmreich (25) recently began working for Robert Bosch GmbH in Schwieberdingen. "The foreign internship I took part in as part of the student program helped improve my language skills and gave me a major head-start when looking for jobs." A closer look behind the scenes at Bosch eventually tipped the scales. "Because of the experience I had gathered during the student program, I chose Bosch as my employer."

The students@bosch student program offers career development strategies, advice for starting work, invitations to special events, valuable contacts, and a chance to spend time abroad.
